​Job Overview
Midwest Networking Services is seeking a disciplined and motivated Client Acquisition Executive to drive new business growth in our managed IT services division.
This is a full-cycle sales position responsible for generating new opportunities, leading structured discovery conversations, collaborating with our technical team, presenting solutions, and closing recurring service agreements.
We are strengthening and formalizing our sales approach to be more consultative, consistent, and business-focused. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a stable, established company that values professionalism, accountability, and long-term performance.
This position is best suited for someone who is self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to put in the daily activity required to build sustainable success in B2B sales.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively prospect new businesses through phone, email, LinkedIn, in-person outreach, and territory development

Schedule and lead structured discovery meetings with business owners and decision-makers

Accompany technical team members during deeper assessments when appropriate

Align client business challenges with managed IT solutions

Present and review proposals with confidence and clarity

Close new recurring revenue agreements

Maintain organized CRM records, pipeline management, and activity tracking

Meet or exceed defined activity and performance metrics
This is a new-client acquisition role. Success requires consistent outbound effort and disciplined follow-through.

No MSP or IT experience is required — we provide onboarding and product training.
